Del Perro is nice, and I guarantee it would be a thousand times better if each club had a unique interior. Imagine how much better it would be if the interior correctly showed its vintage roots. A 20's style building with a renovated interior. As is however, it's a pretty facade and nothing else. The garage entrance is down a funky alley and it's a really busy area. Anyone that has the cheap Lombank office and apartment combo also has this club. Realistically though, it is a good location for the club. Just off the GOH, nicely populated area with a lot of culture and foot traffic, nearby the film studios for some possible celeb appearances, it's why I'm not hating on it. La Mesa however is another story. La Mesa is an underground club scene top to bottom. The walls are caked in so much graffiti that I'm pretty sure they're what's holding up the walls.It's in a strange part of town that hasn't quite been gentrified enough, so only the really brave hipsters would ever actually come down. Celebrity appearances are even more doubtful. And that slight joke about the "Largest Sub-woofer" interstate roar? That's hardly a joke, that is a busy interstate, people coming and going at all hours of the night. Being directly under those things is loud. Realistically this one's just a terrible choice for location. 

 

Now, Downtown Vinewood. Yeah, it's the one I have and maybe I'm biased. But right behind the Oriental theater, right off the shiny street, in a building that before this was sitting empty. It's the perfect mix of glitz and street cred. Celebrities would want to come here, it's right next to a gorgeous hotel and the most famous theater in LA. Hipsters wanna go here because it's still just non-gentrified enough to be both safe and cool. It's got some gorgeous industrial stairways snaking up the sides to the roof, and it's got excellent, monitored, and fenced in parking right outside the front door. Granted the dumpsters next to the line aren't exactly classy, and much like Del Perro this place would really benefit from having a unique interior, but it's still my top pick over all.

Del Perro? More like... Del PERFECTO! Nice parking garage closeby, fast highway access both side, good enough exterior, close to pier, close to movie studio, Lombank and coke lockup. AND I can land a blimp on top of it!

 

Edit: I voted Vinewood down because... uh... had to vote something down. Jon Gravelli said something about something being faker than a pair of vinewood tits or something. That and I wanted to see a lot of number 2.

I know you think this is a normal thing to say and it isn't a big deal, but it's surprisingly petty and childish. Del Pierro is a very good choice, and the remaining two locations have done very well too, so please don't get 'personal' with people on a public forum. Respect other people's choices and they will respect you.

As La Mesa owner, I think that is good for its "purpouse". As a pure criminal, I just want to earn more money from my shady businesses through my "legitimate" business. La Mesa have entrance from train tracks, from the side, and of course "main" entrance where people hang out to enter. Personal aircraft spawn is right in front of back entrance / garage entrance to the club. Nice spawn for Pegasus Cargobob at near hospital. Nice tactical advantages for Business Battle goods, bcs everybody is waiting around Del Perro club. The only big flaw is that the personal car is spawned around the club, but since I use aircrafts more, thats not an issue for me. Also, super close LSC to customize my cars parked in NC. And of course, only good and poor people hang out there (La Mesa VW owners trying to make honest buck).

 

Downtown is second best, but those dumpsters are really troubling for me, but the worst part - it's super close to West Vinewood, and there is almost war zone all the time. I think that if I tried to sell from there in full lobby, I would have bad time.

 

As Nightclub, I think that all of the NCs are bad, even Del Perro (which is the closest what you can get to "real" NC by looks). But main purpouse of NCs that we can own is controlling the criminal enterprise from out there/ act like money launder front. And therefore, I really think that La Mesa is good choice. Even Mission Row is criminally underrated at 6. place, but... I mean, we should always be under radar for popularity, celebrities and hipsters would ruin things a lot imo

 

 

EDIT 2: I want to point out that in Belgrade there is /was Hangar Nighclub. Hangar Belgrade. It's at the port, it looks bad, but Tale of Us was actually there https://www.residentadvisor.net/events/993000

I like Del Perro, that's why I bought it.

I looked at all the potential locations, also considered the exterior aesthetics, and picked the one I felt best suited my character's needs and also the one I thought looked best, it fits just right.

 

It would certainly have been a harder decision if the basic interiors were different, and if there were unique customization options for each club.

Then the location would have mattered a little less.

 

That was a big opportunity lost with this update, there could have been much more choice available, but that can be said for a lot of content that's been added.

 

It's not the cheapest location, and I certainly didn't choose it based on community popularity.
