Davis or Murrieta Heights Vehicle warehouse ?

If you could choose between those two, which one would you take ?

p.s. La Puerta is overall the best (I have it on 1st char), Elysian isn't good with selling multiple cars, La Mesa is only good for jacking others people cars. I am only interested between those two.

Davis is Frank's garage from SP, right? If so, that's the one I use on my main character. I always Cargobob my I/E cars, and the roof for the Davis garage is perfect to park your Bob and even has a handy ladder at the front right next to the entrance. I love being near Grove street, it provides a nice setting and vibe for a high end chop shop.

 

May not be ideal if you don't plan on using a Cargobob most of the time, but why wouldn't you? The extra effort and time spent using the Bob saves you hundreds of thousands if not millions in the long run from not damaging the cars (use PV Cargobob if you own a hangar). Save all the stress of dealing with traffic and NPC aimbots. When flying a car back to your warehouse, use the tall buildings to evade enemy NPC helis, if you juke them properly they will often times aloha snackbar right into the side of a building. It's all about personal preference though in the end, base your decision around how you plan on stealing the cars and how much driving/flying you feel like doing.

Yeah... No. Great access to the highway on the east, great camping spot in the alley up north, definitely one of the best, if not THE best, warehouse in the game (considering its price, naturally). The truth is, if you're fighting other players, there's no such thing as a safe warehouse - they'll always come for you, doesn't matter where you are. So either source and sell in private public sessions like any self respecting grinder who doesn't want to gamble with their money, or activate ghost org. I mean come on. If you're selling in highly populated lobbies despite not getting any extra money for doing so, you're just trying your luck.

 

Out of these two, I'd pick Murrieta Heights any time. Davis is just inconvenient, due to its location, far from highways, and road layout in the district.

The Cargobob is worth the money.

I save five minutes per I/E Delivery, in those five minutes I can add a Headhunter to my routine.

El Burro Heights, all day, err'day. 

It's cheap, it's a stone's throw from the freeway, solo sales have extremely predictable NPC spawns, and almost nobody else uses the same place so if you should get jacked close to home you've got time to recover or destroy the car before they make it to their warehouse, what's not to like?

Whenever any player taking a car to the city, I get off the radar and wait in the La Mesa warehouse. Is the worst vehicle warehouse (not for thr location, only because everyone has this buyed).

I have de murrieta warehouse, its a nice/ great location. On my second character i have the vehicle warehouse at la puerta also a great/ nice location.

It's not only good for saving time, its good if you are delivering something like Mamba, which is terrible to drive for delivery xD

I know.. Everytime I see a red car dot on map, I know it's going to La Mesa. Easy money

 

 

@all - I choose Davis. That Cargobob on roof is cool, and I am hoping maybe, just maybe, one of the delivery spots is at docks. On La Puerta I was getting that, the best selling location

I am even thinking now the West LSIA warehouse in future, i just need some testings first. With Terrorbyte as mobile ceo office, it doesnt matter where is the office now. Ofc, I find location of personal aircraft spawn, pegasus aircraft spawn and personal vehicle spawn more important.  Maybe EL Burro will be considered, I just think its too far east, and almost all sell missions are on the west side. But if you are getting that docks delivery mission, please tell me now xD

I use the LSIA vehicle warehouse for both of my characters.

It has several upsides:

 

Certain missions become quicker and easier (the pier photoshoot job is particularly easy)

Lots of room to drive in and out if you need it

Plenty of room to land your 'bob if that's your preferred method

Close to Pegasus 'bob spawn points

Which LSIA ? West or East ?

 

Also, do you get docks for selling your cars ? That's what is my main question to decide maybe to change my Davis in future...  (right now, I have good amount of money, nothing smart to buy, I can at least try different things)

I'm using the west warehouse, no dock jobs, and most sell missions are around the Vinewood Hills area, sometimes just north of my Maze Bank West office (very quick job).

They range from the ranch to the north east, the house at the eastern end of the reservoir to the beach house west of the vineyard, the vineyard house,and the mansion just southeast of the gas station.

 

I wish I could remember the neighborhood names!
