GTA V PC TAXI MISSIONS NOT WORKING

Bought Downtown Cab property with Franklin, I recieved a call from Raul, accepted the mission, then went to fare and its not entering the car! There is no any scene or dialogue, fare is standing like nobody is there! Worst of all is that i cant leave mission and go to any other mission. I cant do anything except reloading the game, and if i didnt saved it before i have to play last few missions again!!! Thats really annoying. I cant leave the mission even when i kill the fare! Anybody knows whats wrong?!?
