Beantown985
Please offer opinions if you could. I’m considering the vehicle warehouse or maybe the vigilante down the road. I don’t know that fwo mediocre speed vehicles that can fly and shoot missiles is necessary but then again it hasn’t been long that I’ve owned the two of them either. I can not justify selling the oppressor because of a lot of reasons, but the deluxe seems to be a bit redundant. I don’t have the bunker or meth lab upgrades for equipment either, so that may be an option. I’ll lose 2 million when I sell it if I do.
Nutduster
Of the meme vehicles, the only ones I think are must-owns are the Oppressor Mk II and the Stromberg. Those both have specific functions, the rest are pretty much optional. (If you like doing things like time trials and free roam events and challenges, the Scramjet is also good to have.) The Deluxo is thoroughly outclassed by the Mk II. No need to own it anymore. The Stromberg has a place in the ecosystem only by virtue of being the only one of these vehicles with heavy armor. FrozenDanCicle
Vigilante reasons to buy- best missiles avaible, your freeroam icon is just the normal dot, only missile launching car that can be used in heists, rams traffic literally better than an insurgent. Opmk2 needs the terrorbyte to modify at all, which requires the nightclub. Keep the mk1, work on upgrading businesses and making it so you can generate income. Then buy more toys. My advice on buying businesses is get the bunker then the nightclub. Both of those are passive. The bunker, as long as it is supplied will generate crap to sell regardless of what you are doing. The nightclub is same but you don't even need to buy or steal supplied. I say bunker before nightclub because the nightclub benefits from having a bunker. In nightclub you get to assign 5 techs to acquire goods, if you have a bunker you can assign 1 to weapons, u have meth so u can assign 1 to whatever that corresponds to, if u get a vehicle warehouse you could assign 1 to get car parts. If you want to be more active in your money procurement and want to be in freeroam, get the vehicle warehouse. If you would rather be racing or playing missions heists last team standing yadda yadda get the bunker since it will make shiz to sell while you do that other stuff. Also, for now, skip upgrading biker businesses unless they have discounts on it. These days I have open biker businesses but only to allow nightclub to procure various things. I don't actually supply the biker businesses so all the upgrades I purchased ages ago are useless. I do still operate my bunker as it's easy peasy and each sale is over a mil so why not. I buy supplies and if I remember correctly, after applying the bonus for the further sale, I essentially triple every dollar I put in. There is a trick to make the money spent earned ratio much much higher though. Max the supply bar, then after it ticks down a sliver, but supplies for 15k. Then leave freeroam before the new supplies get delivered, for 2.5hours or so. Go race do missions whatevs. When u get back to freeroam your supplies allbgot used uo and turned into stuff to sell and when the 15k supplies u bought show up, they will fill the WHOLE bar. You essentially got 70k of supplies for 15k. Let the supplies go down a sliver, buy for 15k and repeat ad museum. Since you didn't waste time stealing the supplies, and 15k fills the bar this way, you make wayyyyyy more than the 15k you spent by racing or missions etc. It's the reason rockstar pushes us to steal supplies, it's a waste of time and anyone in the know just buys them and doesn't muck about. This trick should work on biker bizs as well. Haven't operated them in awhile though so cant say for sure. Beantown985
I have the mk2 not the original oppressor. All’s thanks for the tip on buying the supplies. I usually don’t just cuz once I fill my supplies I sell and once I sell i fill my supplies and don’t do much else but the vehicle warehouse ought to change that but I’m a little up in the air on selling a 4 mill vehicle for 2nmillion. I’m at 1 million now so I’m not far but I’m working solo no help at all so I have barriers.

If you have any friends with a facility ask them if they can do this a few times for you. Offer to help them with whatever they need in return. If they do this for you you'll make a mil each time and doesn't take long. So they might do it assuming you are grateful and follow through on answering any call from them for help. I have a hunter and a hydra as well if that’s what you’re referring to as far as finding height. I find the oppressor to simply be a straight line path from one spot to another. It’s not particularly fast. The buzzard, hunter, or hydra are all faster options if thats what it is that I need at that moment in time. Im still toying with the idea of selling that deluxo but last time I did something like this was selling the vigilante and I regretted it even tho it’s overpriced and overrated even, I do miss having it available because it’s such a unique car. 40 minutes ago, El Payaso said: Opressor MKII can't carry more than one person. Yeah that’s a though I had but I got plenty of air vehicles that’ll get me from a to be faster and safer too though. Furry_Monkey
Between the Deluxo and Oppressor MkII there's really no question. If the Deluxo had counter-measures (chaff or flares) then maybe, but without them it's like taking a snot catapult to a nuclear missile fight. Metaphor level : Over 9000! Luigi Vercetti
I thought the Mk2 was going to be just one more tool in my toolbox, to be used in conjunction with the MK1 and the Deluxo, as I had been using them. Turns out I haven't taken either from their garages since I bought the Mk2, use it all the time. Not to grief either, mostly to speed up sales missions and just crossing the map to resupply my business faster. Your missile lock range with the Mk II is farther than any NPCs in this game can shoot. I've been doing Headhunter with it ever since they released it. Madrazo's dispatch missions, too. Guest
Haven't touched my Deluxo after I got the hang of the MkII anymore. a) it does offer more protection, but less movement b) it doesn't fit in a Terrorbyte c) haven't missed using it in any way yet..... Pedinhuh
Vigilante, Stromberg and OP MK2/Deluxo. Those are the only meme vehicles you will need: Vigilante for heists and time trials; OP MK2/Deluxo for mobility in the city/countryside; Stromberg for anti-air against others OP MK2 and Deluxos.
