i was banned from gta online my name was yonkokaido21 i was banned because i got money from a hacker and this was a while ago a few months ago and i get a notification on my phone from rock star saying ive been perma banned  ? but i was already bannded i dont understand was i unbanned and rebanned ? im so confused
