Gta san andreas "Cleo Version 4.3" can't work

while i just download cleo and i put the mod on the cleo file and i opened the gta san andreas and it show me gta.sa.exe has stopped working please please please. 

this day has a biggest problem this day is sh*t ive been almost raged and my brother come. i was gonna kill my pc :cry::cry::cry::angry::angry::sui::clinton::harrumph: f*ck this sh*t

If you  have the version 2 or v3 game you must "Downgrade" it forist.
