One could argue that looks don't count for much towards prize money, but I'm just a vain bastard. In testdriving stock cars I've also found that the Comet Retro Custom outguns the Pariah considerably (I am aware that the Pariah improves ridiculously with upgrades, but that much?), so this begs the question: Why am I never seeing this car in races? What's the catch? Also, what options are there for proper sportscars? Assuming that money is not an issue (which I suspect is the reason for the lack of Comets) and it's not a Pariah. T -20 it s for me the best. The best handling, top speed , all is the best.

I think the Lamborghini Miura is widely considered the first "supercar". HOONART and Gridl0k

Aside from the fact that I'm specifically looking for a car in track racing, I've owned the GP1 and was terribly happy to sell it again. I'm partial to the Lamborghini look, as it looks like it's gonna tear you up, and I'd have gone for the Autarch, which has a sort of 70s future-deco look, but the cool ones are never the good ones. I would have liked to have seen cars being sorted by performance instead of class. Sure, tell me what type of car I'm driving, but the Schafter V12 is not a sportscar. It's a very fast sedan. So if a Comet SR would be a Level 4 sports car, the Schafter V12 would be a Level 4 sedan. For example. This makes sense in my head, does it as well written out like this? My answer was to what MOST people would consider the first supercar, I am 39 years old,and have been passionate about cars my whole life. I also don't need to Google "what is the first supercar".. I do know a lot of cars myself, pre Miura. Don't try start an argument with me, I'm not interested. I was thinking you were one of the better guys on here.. knowledgeable and not a dick about it. Oh well.. I do lots of digging.. a true car guy always does. I was merely stating common thought amongst the whole planets population, not just car fanatics, and experts. Many many many people (granted are not experts) do consider the Miura the first supercar for its flamboyant styling and mid-engined layout. This is not my personal opinion.. it is something I have heard mentioned many times over many years. A lot of people won't ever have heard of the sort of cars we car guys have (yes they can Google), but they still want to know, I guess their knowledge sponge is not as absorbent as some of us. I would add please don't jump to conclusions on my comments, I don't always feel the need to show what I know..but that doesn't mean I don't know some stuff. I'd love to see the mercer added to the game aswell, that would be something special. Gaffa
...and that's a single player test, so it's mostly irrelevant. He even says about the Pariah possibly having a bug in the description. I'm on PC, run at 60fps or more and it's definitely still the fastest by a long way. Furthermore, those "flat road" tests are conducted out at sea, where there's a lesser drag value which in turn will make vehicles have a different value for top speed than when tested elsewhere. That car is a super just like the real deal, no matter how slow it is in this game. (I really hate how the dammed thing has such a butchered handling, it's like the thing weights 3000kgs) Just driving it in free roam in first person, it feels more like a sports class car in this game than it does a super class car. I feel they messed up in the classification. They also messed up in the attributes of the car because as you say the original was a legit supercar in every possible way, and still is. I already have a Vagner, x80, and Pariah for racing in the sports and super class covered so all the other cars I classify myself in my mind when I'm cruising first person freeroam with the soundbar cranked up. Like the Nero is definitely supercar, no doubt. The Sultan RS feels like a hotrod sportscar. It never felt like a supercar to me. I totally disagree with you on the "no matter how slow it is in this game". That's exactly why I feel it isn't a real super, because of how slow it is. Anyways I seem to remember loving driving the GP1. I look forward to calling it for long trips when I'm not in a helicopter rush. edit: pre Pariah I always lived and died stunt racing with my Retro Elegy. The RH8 is probably faster but I have like 75 Retro Elegies so it takes a while to scroll through them. edit 2: Oh yeah I also love driving the Coil Voltic and feel it's a great sports car.
