Help - Phone Clock Mod

So i've seen in Danny's gta v hud mod there is phone option,when you click (*) phone appears and it shows clock.Same thing is in GTA IV hud mod for gta sa,when you click "P" it shows you phone at right down corner and it's showing clock.I want to make same thing but only phone showing clock when you press some key. Anyone know how to make it? I would just edit my phone overlay.
