Nightclub Warehouse Issue - Solution?

So my Nightclub for some odd reason isnt producing Cargo and Shipments stock anymore. I'm not sure why. It used to but not anymore. I have tried reassigning technicians, taking them all off and logging off and on gta online and reassigning, switching them around...nothing. I know it takes about 70 minutes or so but I have spent many hours over the last 4 or 5 days as a CEO. My Sporting Goods still produces so I know it isn't the CEO issue. It's just no Cargo & Shipments are producing. Any idea how to fix this? 

 

The business I own are the Cocaine Lockup (upgraded but no security), CEO Warehouse, and the Bunker (upgraded but no security), and the Nightclub (no upgrades).

 

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I would appreciate it.  By the way, this is for the PS4.

I don't have a Hangar. Just the CEO Office/Warehouse which had Cargo and Shipments producing before. Not sure why it's not producing now.

I have had the same problem but with my Meth. I am also on PS4, seems to be a glitch.
