what are the best locations for nightclub ,office,bunker,ect and why do you choose them ,i have lom..bank west..la mesa night club,farm house

It’s mostly a matter of personal preference. 

 

Nightclub: if you want to avoid other players, the further south the better. Also makes for slightly longer sales missions, but those are always 1 vehicle so it’s kinda irrelevant. 

 

Office: location is largely irrelevant. All of them have an apartment across the street to heist warp if you’re serious about grinding. Some have easier helipad access and better views. That’s about the only difference 

 

Vehicle Warehouse: La Mesa is the best (and cheapest) for actually driving the cars because it’s near the highway entrance and exit. Elysian Island is best for Cargobob. 

 

Bunker: probably Chumash or the most expensive one. Both are right near the highway for quick deliveries, and I believe you can do two non-Dune FAV vehicles before the time runs out. 

 

MC Clubhouse: other than clubhouse contracts, which no one does unless they’re 2x $, location is irrelevant. I’ve heard the Sandy Shores location is the best for grinding since it’s the most centralized location 

 

 

A general rule of thumb is to avoid any businesses in Paleto or the south docks since driving a Post Op van across the map blows donkey dick

Here's what I consider to be the best locations for businesses:

 

Office: Arcadius. It's a nice and central location in the city with easier access than its neighbour and more expensive counterpart, the Maze Bank Tower.

 

Clubhouse/MC Businesses: Choose any in Sandy Shores as well as the businesses surrounding the Alamo. Resupplying is much quicker when launched from there, unlike when done from the locations on both ends of the map. Selling from Sandy Shores/Grapeseed is also much quicker than from Paleto and you get to finish the sales in the city, where it's easier to weave and dodge pursuers if you like the thrills of public sessions.

 

Vehicle Warehouse: Murrietta Heights, it's closer to the highways, which allows for quicker exit from the city, and you can hide your cars in the hills nearby while defending yourself from blue Sultans if in an empty session.

 

Bunker: Chumash or Farmhouse. Both are closer to the city which makes supplying and selling much easier.

 

Hangar: Any in Fort Zancudo. Closer to resupply and selling spots, access to free Lazers and nearly unrestricted permission to wander and explore the base. Just be wary of enemies waiting to ambush you as you exit the hangar because this location seems to be the most popular.

 

Facility: Route 68, I'd say. It's reasonably close to the city and all remaining mission objectives (Hard Drives is literally a 20 second drive away) and the access is really easy and not obstructed by anything else.

 

Nightclubs: Both in Vinewood are great due to their closeness to the northern side of the city, giving you an easier time during business battles and shaving a lot of distance when it comes to selling. Downtown Vinewood may have better vehicle access, though.

 

All of this comes from experience. Opinions may vary.

For BB mode, I think that Mission Row is the perfect one, and also its close to Arcadius and Integrity appartment.

 

La Mesa is good, bcs it gives you a lot of tactical advantages. You can go by train tracks, via canals, almost straight ways to the docks (thats why i have docks mc business on my 2nd char, where I have La Mesa). It have 3 main entrances to the back, via canals, left and right. Those tanks arent an issue. Terrorbyte it spawns close to back entrance, so its a perfect mobile office. Murrieta Heights is my VW... For BB is fine, but only bcs now opressor mk2 is a new thing... It's the second best for me, bcs Mission Row seems more convinient. It's super close to straight way to that highway for sell missions and BB battles. La Mesa if really good in terms of future grinder. You have very close VW, which is fine (for me LaPuerta is the king, but Murrieta is fine)... You have super close two large warehouses and 2 small and 1 medium... There is a weapon shop, "good enough" close pegasus spawn at hospital... Also there is a super close MC club (maybe one day, mc contracts will again be double, you should apperciate that)... I also have a "teleport thingy" on Alta appartment (active regular heist and lester message, nothing illegit) . Also LSC is down the tracks xD

 

The main GOOD thing that nobody knows, it that it has almost instant super close personal aircraft spawn, if you got it correctly, it will spawn literally in front of you... And that one buzzard promo mission is on roof of the NC, so its the best I have seen (altough, right now, I am not doing any NC promo missions, I am just changing my DJS until popularity hits the full bar on my storage level x computer - that way no cutscenes)

 

The main BAD thing, which is tolerable, but... If you call personal vehicle, or get into BB, deliver 1 cargo... Your vehicle will always spawn in front of club, so you should go all the way around. That is annoying. I found a workaround - There are yellow lines, which should be for parking...Stop there, be an MC president, and watch the door in front. That is very important to look at the door. Press MC option to spawn a bike, or opressor mk2 which is like a meta vehicle in this moment, and it will spawn very close. SOMETIMES, a bike and vehicle can spawn on tracks close by, but its random for me, bcs it almost always spawn a vehicle in front of the club, never close to the back... Maybe it will work also if you call some regular vehicle via "personal vehicle option", but i never tried that. ALSO - there is another workaround, but its not recommended if you are chased by other people - You can get to the back entrance, park close to garage entrance, exit the opressor mk2 and enter... exit, and that opressor will again be at the spot you left it...

 

p.s. I find that this setup is the best right now in terms of a grinder, but with a CREW. - arcadius building, integrity app with active heist /// mission row NC /// LaPuerta VW (in middle of the map, and only VW where i could get less that 2 km delivery mission to docks, nowhere else I got that mission and I owned 4 different VW in my gta career) /// vinewood large + logistics depot + some medium or small close to arcadius, just for special items (when crates are double its good money) /// with crew - sandy shores MCs + Route 68 bunker + SS Clubhouse + ZAncudo River FAcility (*** this one isnt good for elite challenges for DDH, but just find a guy who have Grand Senora Desert one if you ever plan to do elite challenges for DDH. Route 68 facility seems good, but i hate that hill !!! and also i was always parking my cars in facility, without any real intentions (but while going up hill, you cant see the entrance properly), Zancudo River is very close to coke, and if you have active DDH, you also have "teleport thingy" via lester message) ... if you are a true lone wolf - Than just get docks MCs (just buy them, start them, so your NC is doing a producing, and its close to the city and very organized... And Grand Senora Desert facility + Farmhouse - That bunker and Chumash are the "best", bcs you have a slight chance of delivering full bunker solo - no other bunker offers you that)

 

p.s. La Mesa VW is only good for stealing others peoples vehicle cargo - I love to do that on my 2nd char. I park Nightshark, wait for them, kill them, take that car and drive to my Murrieta. Super easy money

 

p.s.s. On my 2nd char, I am doing always "the second best things" and I try to have everything different from 1st char... If you want any more advices, ask
