ply GTAV Singleplayer without internet connection

Hey, how can i play GTAV Singleplayer without having internet connection? i downloaded it from rockstar social club and tried to enter offlinemode but it doesn‘t work and yes i already verified the game when i installed it

Put a text file with -scOfflineOnly and saved as commandline.txt, (just open notepad, paste the text and save as commandline) in the gtav exe root will not allow you the option to go into online mode and have it start as story mode only.... if done right you will see that you signed into social club buts it says (offlinemode) or something
