Making high-res GTAV UV map; need help with contour/ elevation data

I'm going to upload a .svg and high-res .png variant of the final map once its done by the way, so everyone can make their own posters/ wallpapers/ laser etches :3 The only one on the web are high-res pics of the map with uneven lighting or wrinkles, so I'm making my own!

I really like the UV GTAV map and am trying to recreate it for use in laser-etching since I couldn't find a vector nor high-res photo of it anywhere; I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a countour or elevation map (traces of slices at different elevations; like this one); or barring that- if its a simple process- tell me how to make one. The UV map uses it and to stay faithful to the original- I'd like incorporating it into my design. Ideally- the contour map would be either .svg, or something in black and white with no overlapping elements like text or roads on top, but I'm open to anything at this point :)
