I can confirm the existence of the PC Version. (I've changed this statement dozens of times because now I see the evidence.) I have some interesting information taken from the RDR2 Companion App.

It's Friday. In Europe the working day is almost over as I'm typing this. In North America it'll be another six or so hours until it's time for the weekend, but I doubt they'd announce something and then send most of their personnel home. I think for the sake of contingencies (say, they upload the wrong video), for having social media personnel on hand (to control the buzz) and to get an easier social media blitz going (which is harder when most people are going out and the rest are busy doing other stuff), they'd pick any day but Friday.

The fact that R* has classified the game means it now has all the requirements to submit it to retailers. Announcements will come along with pre-orders.

Better not to expect anything 'today' every single day... Do something else in the meantime. Time will pass a lot faster and the PC announcement will come by even sooner.

Since it already got rated for PC, I think we should get an announcement till the end of this year. Some people predict the announcement after next gen release which is ridiculous imo, way too far away from now.

So I'm pretty sure that classification is to do with the PC version.

On the other hand, more power to us PC users if they're not developing brand new content/DLC for now... :lol:

True, but eventually upon beating single player PC players will want more of this world and characters... and nothing will ever come out for SP.

I really thought the classification is undead nightmare or something like that.

As much as i love singleplayer dlcs or addons (like Tbogt or Tlad) i'm really happy about the news that R* isn't working on sp related stuff.

 

That probably means it's really the freaking pc version, announcement next week would be so cool, ayee.

How is it funny? DLC would obviously come out after PC version but with that attitude they won't ever make one... f*cking online man...

Can be upset about both, plenty of room for that. I am glad for now though because that kills the DLC debate on the classification and means it is indeed most likely PC.

After the huge succes of GTA Online, they dont care about Singleplayer DLC. Take more work and make them less money than the micro/macro transactions.

And we are talking of Take Two, one of the most greedy companies in the videogame industry.

Not their fault if you expect them to send you a mail about RDR2 PC before even announcing it on other media. R* always send emails after announcing the thing first.
