I can confirm the existence of the PC Version. (I've changed this statement dozens of times because now I see the evidence.) I have some interesting information taken from the RDR2 Companion App.

RDR2 proper was rated about 1.5 months before release, so if there's anything we might expect that soon.

It seems Red Dead Redemption 2 pops up when you search it on that classification website which wasn't the case not so long ago.

Well that's from pre-release (see Rating Pending); think that was changed when it was truly out.
