I can confirm the existence of the PC Version. (I've changed this statement dozens of times because now I see the evidence.) I have some interesting information taken from the RDR2 Companion App.

Rockstar is planning to release RDR2 PC and the enchanted R* Editor in the holiday season of this year. Keep in mind, plans change so delays can happen. The current plan is to release it in

They could actually release on the same day and RDR2 PC sales wouldn't really be hurt. Very different genres and Call of Duty hasn't got a big audience on PC.

Not that I expect them to release on the same day of course, but there's really nothing to avoid for the rest of the year. Relatively light for big PC releases. Next year though, oof.

well there IS still the valve unannounced games, and HALO MCC. not matter though RDR2 coming to pc would bring it's own storm of spotlight.

Sure, otherwise I will be playing COD, it's such a unique and rare experience. RDR is being released every year and COD took eight years to develop!

Gears of War just launched on PC to very little fanfair. Halo's a much bigger franchise true, but it's not going to be a show stopper or anything, especially as the MCC collection will only start with one game I believe. MS need to build the audience for their first party stuff on PC before they're going to be considered major PC releases.

Not even close.  The engine itself took 5 years, but the game is the standard 3 year schedule.

 

Also keep in mind that the new engine will be used by all ATVI COD studios from now on.

COD MW isn't the best thing happened this year, I played the beta and it is nothing like the trailer. Many people are disappointed too judging by the comments around the internet.

Halo Reach. They're releasing the games chronologically, so Halo: CE after that, and so on. I'm a big Halo fan, and a lot of people are excited for Reach/PC though. Although, Reach is just coming 'when it's ready'. It has no set release date.

Now THAT is interesting... That is indeed proof it's not a fake entry as it was actually rated.

 

Whatever it is, is likely a month or so away, given that RDR2 was rated in early September 2018.
