I can confirm the existence of the PC Version. (I've changed this statement dozens of times because now I see the evidence.) I have some interesting information taken from the RDR2 Companion App.

That's nice but it's only RGB stuff and a few lines of other stuff that doesn't really scream PC.

 

"R* editor" = It's been months that we're getting told that an editor exists.

 

"PC" = Since October we're being told that a PC version exists.

 

"RGB" = "It's orange so it must be Warehouse version" = It's only a color, doesn't mean sh*t.

There are the colors of PS4 and XBOX too so it does mean something.
BTW you should appreciate the work that data miners are doing.

I rather have something that is actually a good find and that clearly mentions a PC version or a file that has some interesting things like Euphoria related, gun related but not some RGB code or .BIK parameters for cutscenes i don't even know since i haven't played the game.

 

Not everybody has access to the files of this game yet they still provide us with little to not interesting infos at all.

It's ripped from the PlayStation 4 version. That's why it isn't mentioned, I assume the mentions are for other platforms (XB1, RDR2 Companion app and PC) that RDR2/RAGE platforms are available on.

At least it is something, and at least it is on topic....Or should we switch back to DX12 discussions and typing how Epic Games sucks and how R* doesn't care about it's customers ?

Best thing we can do, if you want a confirmed PC version, is hack into Rockstar's servers and hope for the best.

I'm sorry to destroy your dreams right now but I find hard to believe that the update is going to be delayed again.
We can expect an announcement but nothing more, and even that we have no certainty.

You'd be surprised on this forum, when we had the whole Take-Two vs OpenIV drama there we people here genuinely advocating for DDoSing Rockstar servers. Better safe than sorry innit.

I was thinking the same. Maybe they just drop the trailer for next update, with addition on the end of the trailer, "available for PS4, Xbox One and PC" in September. It wouldn't surprise me.
