Chinatown Wars multiplayer on psp emulator on android

Hello Everyone.

I am not able to play multiplayer on psp emulator on android.

I've put the IP address of my WIFI on both two android devices.And the host enabled the built-in PRO ad hoc server and the other not.I also randomized both devices' MAC address.But after I created a new game session,the other device keep displaying searching for other players.:/

Can anybody help me out?
