Used that free Orbital Cannon shot today...

Its the only time ive used the damn thing...but it was great. There were a group of CEOs fighting each other outside of their vehicles near the airport. After one of them got the ole space beam...they took to chat to insult me lol. "I cant believe you spent that much money just to kill me" And some other stuff was said. I told him it was free so his death cost me goose egg. To which then I got called a hacker...All I could manage to say back, before he left was "Well...Merry Christmas from Rockstar bro"

 

I guess no one expected for some to save it lol 

 

Anyone else have good orbital cannon stories? Whether being targeted or doing the targeting.

I used my free one recently on an EWO/OTR/Ghost griefing tryhard crew. I’d only meant to get the CEO, but the other 3 came over to him right as I fired the shot. Got all 4. Lol

Nope, it was one of the Christmas presents last year, alongside a ton of ammo, body armor, snacks and a free Hermes.

I bought mine about a month ago and I had my free one waiting. I think as long as you got the free shot, you can use it any time

I never had any intention of using my free shot on anyone other than my brother....I was just waiting for the perfect time, when it would provide the most laughter.   However I was in a session a few months after i got the free one and was delivering a shipment.  I was driving and missed a turn.  I thought to myself...no biggie no one seems to be trying to cause chaos so I casually went on about my drive.  Well all of the sudden 4 people started approaching me and proceeded to blow me up. Thought to myself they are prime candidates for this free voucher of death I have sitting in my pocket.  I proceeded to got to my facility and call in this beam of destruction.  Killed the one who was credited with my death, for some reason they all left the session, and I went on about my business. I never thought anything more about it until yesterday.  I was looking through the trophies to see what I had left to unlock and saw that I had screenshots of the trophies I had obtained recently and saw that one.  Apparently they were all still around each other because I blew up 4 personal vehicles at the same time when I killed the one I was aiming for lol.  Good times

I used my free shot long ago, but I still got the Trophy-screenshot as he stood on top of the Maze Bank Tower. It’s just beautiful to look at.

 

Other than that, I’ve had a couple more kills with it for laughs but I don’t use it very often. Maybe once a month or so. I’m past thinking it’s a waste of money.. I got everything I want in the game and millions to spend, so if I’ve made good buck from a session I’ll easily spend 750k to waste someone once, lol.

If you have a free shot, yes. I waited a couple months to get a orbital cannon installed, and it still had a free shot from Christmas
