RageHookPlugin keeps crashing.

When I open RageHook, it crashes right when the splash loading screen pops up (the loading screen that has the logo on top of GTAV loading screen). I have added a new vehicle to my game but I don't think that's the problem. I have the full game, updated everything. Can anyone help me? My crash report is listed below.
