Character cars glitch in mission when replaced.

So I've been working on replacing the cars in Story Mode with their real life counterparts. For the most part all has gone well. But when I replay certain missions, this happens:

So far I've seen it happen during the Father/Son and Fame or Shame Missions. I've tried everything I can think of but I am stuck. Any help you guys can provide would be great.
