Terrorbyte issue with plates after buying upgrades (after I bought the truck)

Hi, I found an issue with the truck, I bought it with no upgrades, and was able to put a custom plate on it. Then I bought the drone station, and the option to change the custom plate is gone. I can put the same plate in all of my other vehicles, but after buying the drone upgrade on the terrorbyte, the option is gone. Checked on iFruit with the same plate, the order went through in different cars (and applied) in both of my characters. Happened to anyone else?? somebody notice this?
