So I was doing a Nightclub delivery with my Speedo then started being attacked by NPC's. So like all the other times, I hit the L3 button to drop my Proximity mines and I hear a horn! Shocked and realized I did switch my stock horn to the loud truck horn(forgetting mines and horn are the same button) so the whole time i'm thinking "I kno dang well rockstar didn't take away my proximity mines for a horn!!!!"
