Im in mission 74 but how should i get the last clothes shop it was named with ^D^ can any one help

Mission "74" means little, In a Free Roam game it could be a different mission depending on who's List you are using.

Please be more specific.

ProLaps: Opens when you do Sweets 4th mission, Nines and AKs

SubUrban: Opens when you do Nines and AKs

Binco: Nines and AKs too

Zip: Opens when you do “Are You Going To San Fierro”.

Victim: Opens when you do “Learning to Fly”.

Didier Sachs Opens when you do “Saint Marks Bistro”.

If you talking about Didier Sachs(Clothes Shop) , you need to completed all Salvatore missions.

As Nuddle and Lil Weasel stated above,  Didier Sachs opens after completion of St. Marks Bistro Mission. however, there is only one store in all of San Andreas, located in Rodeo, Los Santos.

Yup, it's only in Los Santos' Rodeo. It's the only place in the game where you can get tuxedos and suits and stuff.
