How to not get your nightclub raided?

Went AFK today for a while and left my guy watching security camera in the club.   Come back and I'm timed out for being inactive for 13 minutes and lost about 1.4M in product.  

 

It's the icing on the cake after losing 500K last night with a big warehouse getting looted before I could get across the map.

 

 

Really it's my own stupid fault for trying to do anything legitimately here and not just duping cars like everyone else.

I must have done something wrong, because I did just that and still got kicked for idling. Not sure why?

Then you did the same as me.

You need to go to your settings and turn the Idle Screen off and stop the Console from turning off after X amount of inactivity.

The major thing is turning the Idle Screen off. Thats what got you kicked. Also you need plus your controller into your Xbox, any phone charge cable will work. This will stop your Controller going to sleep and getting you kicked.

Launch Holed Up - Burton on hard from your apartment.  Sit down, watch TV and switch it on.  You won't get booted from this, unless you have a connection issue.

 

When you return, complete the mission which is simple and done in a couple of minutes and get 21k as a little bonus for sitting on your duff the whole time.

 

Separately with regards to your Nightclub stock, if you want to be extra cautious, never let the total units go above 144.  After this, a timer kicks in until you get raided.  I always make small sales and ensure I keep the stock below this number, just in case.

I love afk missions. Super easy income. 1 vehicle sales are icing on the cake. Grinding is a thing of the past.

 

Want to make money? Just make a 16 job playlist with an AFK capture. Not big bucks but more than idling in a mission 12 hours

No worries, as long as you are in the mission you wont loose Popularity or anything. Word of warning though, once you load back into free roam you can get blasted with a raid the moment you become a CEO or President...even inside your club.

I wasn't CEO or MC and have read reports of others even getting raided in passive mode.  Going to try it in contact missions and see if that works any better.

Almost 3 weeks of being AFK for 20 hours a day, in the club, watching monitors while neither CEO or MC and no raids to speak of.

 

You certainly cannot be raided if you aren't a CEO/MC watching monitors, pretty sure I'd have had at least one by now, if not one daily after 8 hours of inactivity.

This is where I am, too.  Often just overnight, but I have left it for 12-18 hours or so and no raids yet that I know of.
