Why are the AIs such dicks

Hey, so recently after the new update I noticed that when I am stealing a car for cep work, the ai are war harder. Every time they shoot is about $600 and before the update, I was able to bring in top range cars with under 5k in damage, now, I'm lucky to bring it back with 20k in damage, the ai shoot from so far away and they always get accurate shots, when I die, ro9ckstar places me 2 miles away, and when I try to get back into the car, the ai kill me from afar with pistols, when I try to shoot back with my rifle, it doesn't even aim in because it is so far. Rockstar ruined this game honestly and it just really pisses me off. If any of you guys have any trick to not get f*cked by the AIs please let me know.

For one simple reason .

It's exactly why the make the cops so ridiculously heavy handed. 

Without making it appear unfair rockstar want you to lose as much money as they piss can .costs you to due costs you in damage costs you in insurance .so in my opinion it's always been a bit too much but the more the average player loses the more likely the will need use of a shark card
