I you mean the latter then no.  If you mean the former then not that I'm aware of, but this is GTA.  Wait till they add the right mask or helmet and anything's possible!

It can be done but avoid doing or risk a possible hefty cost. Rockstar have recently clamped down on the special vehicle stuff

I believe you can through some fairly easy glitching but it's not really worth the possible complications in my opinion.. Even if that's the last vehicle you're missing for that weaponized garage or pop culture replicas garage and it would be a perfect fit. Waking up one day to a speedo custom in your hanger, bmx in your special vehicles garage and an empty unusable slot between your batmobile and your deluxo can't be worth the trouble.
