In real life the shot of a revolver won't cause someone's head to explode,RDR 1 and MP3 use of blood was very stylised,i agree that a shotgun shot to the head and very close should make a mess.

The world looks huge indeed ... that leaked map is years old so I'd imagine they expanded the map way beyond of what we can imagine!

Well we really haven't seen the REAL dutch. He was not himself in RDR and was crazy.

The first part wasn't interesting. Its a detailed world and looks really good. The gunplay is obviously great, but the rest of the stuff is pretty much the same thing getting repeated from past Rockstar games, like the hang outs, random encounters, etc.

 AI and interaction system seems pretty great. Not to mention the camp system allows us to get more details on the story and characters in a seamless without the use of cutscenes. Sure it is a more polished version of past R* titles but that's the point. The AI, world, details are all ramped up to 11 to delver a great package.
