No, it's a bad idea, if it loads up - modloader will replace PC txd/cfg with PS2 or Xbox, and it will be broken, better install the mod to the scripts directory. Never mind, it's fixed. Interesting. It doesn't replace original particles, the mod adds 2 additional particle systems(PS2 and Xbox) and swaps it on the fly.
