Del Pierro owners - Is this club good for Business Battle and deliveries ?

I like the Business Battle free mode, and Del Pierro seems nice, but ...Whats your opinion ?

On 1st char I have Mission Row, and sincerely, I don't see many people there, and the location for BB and deliveries is nice... With Terorbyte released soon, I think that office will be "obsolete", so I don't "need" my Nightclub be close to Lombank, and that I build my business stuff close to each other, so grinding is easier.

I like the LSIA airport and merryweather locations better because when you try to bring your goods back to the Del Perro club you have a much greater chance of being attacked on the way. I'm actually thinking of changing the location of my club.

I like it,  its has plenty of room to land a helicopter right next to the basement side entrance.  Being close the beach means being close to spawn points for aircraft.

I avoided Del Perro.

Its a cool location, but its very popular, I see at least one in every session I join (Xbox).

Given its popularity, rivals can guess people's destination, camp & ambush them bringing the goods to the club. They just need a big truck to block the entrance ...

Where are merryweather locations ?

I know that SS one, and close to Farmhouse bunker for merryweather drops.. And one merryweather base at Elsyian Island, but that one time there was me and 3 people, and one of them put the Barrage in the sea -.-

That's my issue too. It's very popular, maybe the nicest nightclub looking in the game, but... There are only two entrance points to the garage, and both of them can be blocked or predictable. And when you start running from SS area, and people are coming for you, you need friendly open roads :D I don't think roads to DP are designed that way... I am even thinking about Cypress Flats because of that garage that is on open road, but I need to know my aircraft and pegasus spawns. Mission Row have superb personal aircraft spawn close by in canals. Also Terorrbyte will make my nightclub into a office (I only cant quickly call cargobob or buzzard from pegasus via assistant, but... I could use personal than)

The first thing I'm going to do in every session from now on is park my MOC across the Del Perro garage entrance.

The area is pretty popular, yes, but access is far from awkward. The Del Perro location is right next to a Del Perro Freeway exit when you come from the East, and the Great Ocean Highway/Bay City Incline when coming from the North. So, while there are usually people in the area, you can maneuver in and out very quickly.

For business battles, something more central (or even East side) would be better. Personally, if I wasn’t in Del Perro because I just like the area, I’d be in the Mission Hill spot. Mission Hill, if you know where the shortcuts are, is the most accessible and safe spot IMO, very underrated. We’ll see, you’re right, nobody is ever in Mission Row, I might move there myself

But I too have an office in Lombank West and I like that I can parachute from my roof to the back door of the club.

I think I found a democratic solution to my problems - La Mesa Nightclub.

At first this nightclub seems akward, and entrance to garage is "blocked" with two gas tanks. But... It's a solo grind wet dream, at least it will be when Terrorbyte comes out. There is super close 2 large crates warehouse, also Murrieta Heights is around the corner, like 1.2 kms away. Also, if you go at the back, there is a bridge that will "drive" you to Elysian Island vw. There is also La Mesa vw, but... I don't like popular locations. Griefers and ambushers there in public sessions, at least during that one double IE they were :D . Office with Terrorbyte will become obsolete if I can easily source stuff via it.

For deliveries and Business Battles. Its a location that isnt popular at all. Griefers like most expensive ones - Vinewood one. Cool players like Del Pierro, because of looks and beach. Practical players - Mission row (not many, but there are haha), Stawberry, Del Pierro, bcs its close to offices. La Mesa its very good protected, bcs there is a lot of bridges that will protect you against helis and planes. Also, from what I have seen, there is multiple possibilities for entrances to NC garage. There is two around NC, left and right, also, there is open bridge close to left entrance so you can use it to "jump" from Olympic freeway (I don't know how to explain it correctly), also for the right entrance, you can jump from that bridge close and enter again... Also, if you see that is there aaaaany possible people who will block it, you have that entrance from can also from canals. If any crew blocks all of 3 direct entrances... Than Battle begins lol.

Also, there is close ammunation shop, and - superb close LSC for future use on new cars. Again, this would make having Office and Auto Custom Shop more obsolete (no need them to be close at least). Also, Pegasus spawn is at hospital (not far). And what I like the most- hidden feature - personal aircraft spawns almost right in front of you in canals. Also there is a private security guard lol, and police station just across as private corrupt security hahaha.

Cypress Flats is also very nice. I mean, there you could go with La Mesa vw, those two super close crates warehouse, and get docks mc businesses to refill them. Also it's not popular, and its on the same highway as La Mesa, and multiple entrances to garage (I just don't know what would happen if somebody parks their MOC at entrance, bcs that would be annoying hahahha).

p.s. My problems were - I don't want same properties on 1st and 2nd char, but I also dont want super popular properties (Maze Bank, Maze Tower, La Mesa VW), if they arent good (Farmhouse is for me best bunker, period; also with Terorbyte and my NC become my new "office" for sourcing, I wouldn't mind the mess in office, so Darnell is a "must"). And also, I like Lombank West office, and like i said, i don't want to own Arcadius, as I own it right now on 1st char. And now, with Terrorbyte making sourcing easier, it will probably make going to office unecessary. For now, I love Business Battles, but I know that once i will come back to grinding, and this NC is good for me.

If you want to talk about the best nightclubs, there's a huge thread:

To be fair, DP have the advantage of DP highway and the GOH.

The Cypress flats club is between 3 Personal Aircraft locations, but you'll still have to drive to them. (The LS River canal to the North east, under the Elyisan bridge to the South & Murrieta heights to the West). As for Pegasus, its the good ol' hospital.

If Personal Aircraft locations is a priority for you, consider the Elyisan island club, there's one within walking distance of it.

As for the T truck, I wouldn't count on it to replace the office. There's a 30 minutes cooldown before you can start the same mission from it again.

Buying Del Perro is like buying a roach infected apartment..

Del Perro area is always crowded with tryhards and griefers because the most affordable places for these kind of creatures are around that area.

The Del Perro one is a very busy area, I bought it as it is close to my CEO office, meduim crate warehouse, apt... but it is very busy and other than landing on roof tops or the parking lot, anything bigger than a buzzard cannot get close to the service entrance. Also be aware that when you leave your car outside, it often spawns on the far side of the parking garage. So, you either run around the block, climb thru the garage, or go into your b2 and get a different car... It is a minor annoyance.

Either you're thinking of the Vespucci Beach club (by the canals) rather than Del Perro (by the cheapest office) or you fly much smaller helicopters than me.

The service entrance is sh*t for landing and for parachuting, and I moved to downtown vinewood (2nd most expensive!) which has Avenger parking and a more central location for Battle deliveries.

PS Avenger parking not as useful as I'd thought because an unreleased vehicle (Terrorbyte) forces it back to storage whenever you enter the club, same as the bunker/MOC.

P, please don't do that.

Anyone know what the relocation ramifications are? Do you lose upgrades you've bought, as is the case with moving a Bunker? Or does it all transfer evenly?

I was pretty clear with what I said and was not mistaken, I can land helo's up to the size of the Akula just fine in the area next to the service entrance, I do think the Avenger is just bit too big for that area .  For me, and what I fly, its perfect, I have yet to parachute there, but that is of little concern to me as I dont often do that.

As you can see, here some of the aircraft that can fit in the area, now sure, you cant come in hot with all them, mainly just the Buzzard.

What about the Hydra?

What about Bob?

And I am shocked, I tried the Avenger, and it does fit, its very tight though

The only thing I’m not happy about is how tricky it is to park a chopper while delivering business battle crates.

If you are in a Havok, it requires a good bit of training.

If you are in an Akula, you have to land in the parking area and run like mad ti the delivery spot, totally breaking your stealth and loosing precious seconds.

If you are a driver with reasonable skills, it’s a good spot, because of the dual entrances and the accessibility.

I got Del Pero because I've always wanted a safe house or property in that area next to the theater with the star and green/yellow graphics (that is Del Pero, right? By the colorful parking structure?). I always just bail from whatever aircraft I'm in and parachute right into the marker when delivering BB goods.

I find the parachuting tricky too, because of the narrow opening between the colorful parking and the NC.

Painted the walls with my blood couple of times :D

^ Couple times (when I was based there) I came out of my service entrance and found a crate and a blood streak just waiting for me, didn't even realise there was a battle on.

I honestly think it's where I settled: Downtown Vinewood.

-Big parking lot that is wide enough to fit a Blimp or Avenger;

-Garage entrance is facing the street, which means you can charge full tit into the corona to get in there, no need to slam on the brakes;

-Good rooftop access and plenty of positions to set camp if you want to wait for somebody to come with a BB crate to steal it;

-Good PV and CEO spawn points;

-Personal aircrafts spawns on the casino, takes me about 39 seconds to get there and 20 more to get airborne.

I picked Del Perro because it was close to Bahama Mamas West (even though it’s not open for some dumb reason) because Bahama Mamas in Liberty City was just down the street from Maisonette 9. I named my club Maisonette so I figured why not pick Del Perro. It’s also near my Lombank West office. As I did the club management missions and business battles, I realized it was a mistake. Every time I go to recover the booze truck mission, I always had to pick it up from Stab City. The alleyway sucks for landing choppers and you have to run down to the alley to get your personal vehicle.

So I switched to a more central location which was Downtown Vinewood. Perfect place for bringing in business battle cargo, enough space for landing choppers and club management booze truck missions never spawn in Stab City.

Really? Have you had any booze truck missions from other locations? Personally, I think you've just been lucky, but if this was actually true then literally everybody would move here.

Ya every booze recovery mission I’ve been getting, spawns in Los Santos.
