@CadillacBachelor

May I also interject that the Oppressor is on sale this week. Even without upgrades its an incredibly fast way to get around the map, is a Personal Vehicle and can be spawned using the MC Menu if you have a Clubhouse.

Thank you so much! Gonna try to do this next time I get to playing!

You’re welcome. Glad I could help. Be patient, the money wil come in.

If and when R* does 2x $ and RP for CEO (e.g. Cargo or VIP Work), take advantage of the opportunity. You can make up to $5 million or $10 million on VIP Work in just that one week, depending on the amount of playing time you're willing to put in.

Keep business investments in mind and everything else will fall into place.

First time I ever got a resupply truck up north in Blaine County

lol no thanks, I'll session hop

Wish I could get that shirt so I could just stop these missions for good..... I could go to other clubs yes, but they never have the drinks in stock so it's a waste of time.

My alt did it (388) in other clubs, I just used spawn last location, check the west vinewood, only go down if there's NPCs in the hallway, wasn't too bad. I can understand doing it in in your own though, at the point you're at :D

It saves to local cache then uploads to the cloud after you get connected. It shouldn't be a problem.

The opressor mark 2 is......

boring....

it really doesn't add anything new to the game. It's just another floating missile spam machine

I mean maybe if the explosive cannon on it was buffed a bit and remove the ability to add missiles. Then it would be at least a bit more unique and require more skill to use. Actually have to aim your shots, can't just fly 300 meters away from your target and let the op missile tracking do the rest

You couldn't be more wrong.

The MkII is great for collecting special cargo crates. It's much faster to get these with the MkII (even without the speed glitch since I don't use it, mainly because I can't but also because I don't want to rely on it and have it patched) than with anything else.

You're posting as if you have one intention when playing. Broaden your mind, it can be useful and doesn't have to be used strictly for combat.

Yes, the OpMkII is easy but after playing the game for so long why would you deny yourself easy?

The smug moral satisfaction does not help you grind money faster or best the sh*tlord flying around on one. I can't spend that superior feeling.

Great for collecting special cargo crates isn't the same as innovative

I believe you stated quite boldly that it doesn't add anything. The fact it makes collecting crates a breeze adds something.

It doesn't add anything to me because crates are a waste of f*cking time when you can just bog

Then in your opinion it's useless. I find the majority of aircraft and Supercars useless compared to the Deluxo and the MkII but in wouldn't say they are useless in general because that's my opinion.

I didn't say it's f*cking useless

I said that it's uncreative and that's pretty much a fact

it's just another rocket spamming flying vehicle

You implied it is useless.

You didn't say it was "uncreative", you said it was boring and added nothing.

Regardless of if you do crates or just stick to glitching bogdan finale it doesn't change that the Op MkII adds a much faster, more convenient method to collect crates (which comes with some defenses and attack weapons). It's like me saying "everything that isn't an Akuma or Special Carbine is boring and adds nothing" because "I don't spam RPGs or marksmans dance or race cars or do heists or anything but drive around on my Akuma and shoot people with my Special Carbine"

Like I said, broaden your mind if you believe the Op MkII doesn't add anything to the game, you're clearly only looking at it from the perspective of a try hard freeroam douche canoe.

Correct.

What else cold you add that original or creative and is not just another version of something we already have?

Easily by innovating

like can r* innovate on vehicle weapons a bit more, I want a bit more variety than machine guns and missiles

the terbyte drones were quite innovative

do you know see what I mean by innovation

a bike version of deluxo isn't innovation to me

For instance?

No guns, no missiles, it leaves water cannons (RCV = Really Crappy Vehicle) or perhaps a person launcher from Saints Row? SMH

If nothing else, the new Oppressor is convenient to use for the Terrorbyte Client Missions.

I think today is the day I will no longer do the NC promo missions. If they paid the same $ as a Headhunter mission, they would be OK, but R* isn't going to let me make money that easily.

Get ready to curl up in a fetal position and whimper, Lazlo, lol.

I have to admit, getting double the safe cash last week kinda spoiled me. Now I'm looking at a normal 10k increase everytime, instead of the nice 20k per 48 mins.

Promo missions are still in my routine and keeping popularity at max still is a thing, although it's easier to just let it go and drop. You'd also have less trouble moving around the club when it's empty.

Still, the free money is still nice to get and the effort isn't much. I will probably keep doing them for the time being. They are also a nice change on the TB/CEO jobs.

You'd think but my popularity dropped over a week ago and hasn't been refilled - my club is still a bitch to get through, still crowded, except for the VIP area.

You do know you have multiple way to get to your office right? Or to the bar? You literally never have to even enter the Club part to access your office or the warehouse.

Yes I am very much aware of the quick ways around the place.

However, when it's set to spawn at the club (since there's nothing to do in GTA except AFK earn money for me) and you spawn in near the ground floor bar or up in front of the first floor bar, you have no choice other than to walk through the club to the office or walk out of the club, which is as far, then around to the back door.

So, yeah, you literally do have to walk through the club in some scenarios. In those cases, first person view and using the bar helps move quicker.

So you are AFKing to earn money to have money for a game that has, in your own words, 'nothing to do'.... dude you seriously need to go and play another game.

I do play other games. When I'm not playing those other games, when I'm sleeping, working or socialising, I'm afk at the monitors.

I am AFK while I do other things because, well, why not? What's the problem with taking advantage of the free money to boost my bank account to save me from having to grind like a zombie when an update comes just so I can buy the things I want to buy?

My AFK is getting less and less now anyway. As I approach the $50m mark from NC earnings I figure that's going to be enough to enable me to enjoy the next update (if there is one) without having to become a mindless zombie grinding crates, ie cars, vip work, heists etc.

This militarization bullsh*t just confuses me. I honestly love riding around in tanks and APCs and the likes, and I’d probably be a million times more satisfied if we only had actual militarized vehicles instead of the goofy sci-fi bullsh*t we deal with now. Yet there are so many missed opportunities.

That said, where the f*ck is the Rhino Mk.2? Can someone PLEASE tell me when I don’t have to ride around in some stupid tank that looks like it crawled out of a SNES game before being beaten with a baseball bat? The Khanjali’s served me well in every way but visually.

With the arguments about innovation above, I’d like to list a few ideas that would make the game feel a little bit more fresh to me, and a lot of it doesn’t sound unreasonable in my opinion since balancing doesn’t need to be taken into consideration anymore:

-Rhino Mk.2

-Smokescreen/chaff for weaponized vehicles on land

-Different rounds for tanks. Some have a faster rate of fire and lower damage. Some offer more damage or a longer range.

-Patriot Classic/Weaponized with a manned SAM turret. An actual SAM turret.

-Weaponized boats.

-Literally anything to make oceans worth visiting. Scatter some barges around. Put in the aircraft carrier. Add an off-shore oil rig. Add a few islands.

-Slasher Remix featuring NC’s. I’m waiting.

-Port over old fan favorite vehicles. I still want the Uranus, Rancher Pickup and Cavalcade Pickup.

-Get rid of these stupid handling flags.

Wow. What a solid f*cking game. I switched sessions while selling because some randoms thought they were badasses. Figured I would lose a portion of my stock. Nope! All gone. All of it. Every cent. It sounds petty, but I want RDR2 to flop. I want it to tank terribly. I want R* to cross the line in some way that the press and players all turn against them. ANYTHING to humble them at this point.
