Nightclub total earnings

So, it's been two full weeks since Nightclubs launched. I think by this stage most people have a grasp on how it works. So, how is everyone finding it as a money making scheme?

 

In warehouse sales alone I've sold a little over $7.4mil. I'm running Cargo & Shipments, Sporting Goods, South American imports, Pharma and Cash. Not sure whether or not to invest in starting organic produce and printing. I think the return on those two would take a long time to recoup from nightclub production alone and I've zero intention of actually running them "the old fashioned way". Flip side, I get really pi$$ed off with 2 technicians sitting doing nothing waiting on the others to fill up. What's people's thoughts on this? Does anyone run all businesses?

 

As far as nightclub earnings from popularity, I don't even bother with it anymore. I think the time it takes to keep on top could be much better spent making money elsewhere. Has anyone worked out how much we stand to make if a full bar of popularity depleted to zero (with no top ups in between) i.e a full bar @ $100k = $x in wall safe. 

 

Overall, as a passive, generally solo player, im pretty happy so far. It's been a profitable two weeks 👌

You earn $100 even with a totally depleted popularity bar so how much you can earn is infinite.

 

So far I've got over $1m in nightclub and over $10m in sales. Not sure of the exact numbers though. Sunday was the last time I streamed it where it was at $1,455,350 from the club and $9,456,525 from sales (however made two sales yesterday, the first being $850,000 in a full session giving near $1m after Tony's $85,000 cut.

those are big numbers, i only have like 2,5 mil in sales.

have al the upgrades, 5 techs and play everyday a few hours.

but progress is really slow, looks like something is not right ...

I'd take my pimped out nightclub that was $11m on PS4, including all spaces, technicians etc, and sell it for $6M if it was possible.

I've left it AFK while doing other things so have a lot of hours of AFK over the last 2 weeks. I'm sure mine isn't even the highest by a long way.

3Mil +, Im prob gonna semi retire from it. Ill just unlock djs.

I got all to trophys on desk and safe. I closed down all business. Only have cargo open. Ill check once a week untill its full then resell.

Why close the businesses down though? It's free money.

 

Provided you don't become an MC you never get stung for the business costs. You never need to restock. You simply get up to $10,000 per hour for your abandoned MC businesses that you can sell whenever you feel like selling it.

 

You could add $200k to your occasional sale by leaving Coke open. $170k for Meth. While neither cost you a thing to have sat there, without supplies, provided you don't register as an MC.

I have enogh $ and im bored of it already. I may even let it fill and just sit on it. My 5 large warehouses are also filled ive been sitting on for a couple years. 

After i unlock last dj. I may never go in it again.

I usually only do new content one time each and move on.

Im lazy. Im more of an afk playlist player.

If u want the trophys in safe and desk. I think u need to sell each 1 full atleast 1 time each. For some ppl things had to b sold 2 times.

Which two?

 

Weed and Docs aren't worth it.

 

You can micromanage and get full stock and then hit the 20% bonus sales but you don't really get much more even though they are 20% extra since the next sale usually wants stock of something you just sold.

 

You could micromanage to get full stock and sell all in one go, with partial and full sales along the way but it doesn't really pay much more.

 

You could sell the top 5 strategically and then as they get full, leaving you with a full warehouse at the same time which pays around the same.

 

 

Long story short, just sell the top 5 as and when they get full and you do good enough.

Yeah, that's what I have been doing, I think I'll just stick to that for now. 

 

I've been resupplying my bunker for $15k each night, starting Blow Up and put my guy chilling in the office watching cartoons. Come back in the morning and sell the bunker stock and sell what my nightclub has made overnight. Normally takes around half an hour or so and then set it up again before I go to work. My PlayStation hates me but I pay no fees 😉

For the long term, I would say that it is.

If you're doing special sells from nightclub, go for it.

 

Once one of your stocks fills up, you can assign nightclub staff to source other materials and fill that quota up too.

My Coke and Meth guys filled up before I could do any sell missions, so I reassigned them to Document Forgery and Counterfit Cash.

 

Just gonna fill everything up and do special sells for more profit.

Great for if you like to passively play the game and you're not constantly grinding.

Sell when coke gets full 10/10, no matter what else you are running. Should be around $800k with four other businesses. It's idle money, there is no grind, so don't spend any time thinking about it and don't even bother reading the justification below.

 

Know that like everything R* adds, it is purposely confusing and deceiving as to how to actually make $$ after spending $$$ to buy it. Night clubs are slow ($40k hour), so if you need cash you still have to grind, run vehicle sales and the gun bunker as normal, with the nightclub. If you like CEO, best to run the night club as cargo + only biker business, and never register as an MC to avoid any significant hourly costs. Coke, cargo, meth, cash, weed. Guns only if also running bunker actively. Don't wait for it to fill up, don't mess with moving technicians to get it to fill up. Don't pay $9k an hour to make guns at $7.5 per hour, unless you are also actually producing in the bunker too. Coke is the highest value per hour, better to have a tech on that than makin' copies just to fill crates.

 

Keep in mind that $800k takes 20 hours. A full night club would take 60+ hours, and 40 would be spent not producing coke. Why constantly check in to make sure the techs are producing less money. And don't worry about Tony's cut or if you're "maximizing" profit. Everything -10% (-$4k hour) is better than the loss of makin' copies instead of coke (-$6k hour).

You only pay $9k an hour if you forget to retire from being a CEO.

 

I usually have $850k ready after a night's sleep and a day at work. It's 20 hours for coke, meth and cash to become full, which is $510,000 plus the crates and guns which is $170,000 and $150,000 so $830,000 in 20 hours (I guess I am slightly more than 20 hours AFK).

 

I sell when I get home from work, then mess around doing business battles, promos or playing something else.

 

Not a bad profit from doing nothing for 20 hours :)

I think if you're willing to do some AFK it's a great earner in combination with 'the usual suspects' (Bunker, I/E, VIP, etc).  I started with 23 million when NC dropped. Spent 13 million on NC, couple new MC businesses, upgrading the Pounder and Speedo and some other modest expenses across the two characters.  I'm back up to 24 million again.  Out of 14 million re-earned, about 10.5 million is from the Nightclub (10m warehouse, 500k safe).  No complaints here. If I had to guess I'd say I've AFK'd about 9/14 nights. Had to give the poor hamsters a break once in a while.

 

I mean let's face it, 40k/hour is not exactly stellar if you're in-game watching paint dry. But if I'm earning it while asleep or working it's fine.

Yep this DLC is proving to be easy cash. I may try for a full sell, but dont think its worth waiting for.

 

Happy to leave the tecs doing what they are doing and doing a sell once every other day ish. :panic:

You can AFK in a mission like chopper tail watching the security cam and not be kicked.

I earned about 3¾ millions & currently setting on 300k worth of products. I should break even & make profit in the next few days, my investment was ~ 4.2 millions.

 

I don't afk & usually offload the products before signing off for the night.

I'm happy with this approach, an extra 200-300k every night on top of what I already made.

I'm starting to think the Coke/South American Imports in my club is glitched. Have upgrades for all my MC business. The MC coke production typically has the longer lead time to produce the same bar the Molly facility does. So I assumed these production rates were reflected in the Nightclub one. Don't AFK and play 1-2 real life hrs a day (at approx 2 -3 game days per game session)

 

Been routinely selling 50% bunker every 2 game week at weapon production rate of 7 irl min per unit. Club WH Sporting Goods are produced at a steady rate

 

MC coke production rate at 30 irl min per unit is 6.25 game days or 5 irl to make a full WH at 10 bar of stock. Typically sell half that capacity approx 2X per game week

 

Yet it's literally taken me over 2 real life weeks, even with a test sale to one of the special vendors before trying to fill up WH to do a bulk sale. 

 

Club WHk Sporting Goods now 100/100. Basically everything has been sitting at full capacity except for Molly and Coke. Molly production rate has been sluggishly increasing. But the S.A. Imports is only 7/10 full and I've had a tech dedicated to it the whole time. 

 

Anyone else has coke at slowest Club production or is this a glitch?

Coke is the slowest production per unit.

 

120 minutes for 1 unit of coke, maximum capacity of 10, 20 hours for full stock.

 

Production rates of nightclub warehouse stock are in the knowledge base.

 

Cargo & Shipments 70 minutes per unit

Sporting Goods 40 minutes per unit

South American Imports 120 minutes per unit

Pharmaceutical 60 minutes per unit

Organic Produce 20 minutes per unit

Printing & Copying 15 minutes per unit

Cash Creation 30 minutes per unit

 

The actual MC businesses have very little to do with the nightclub warehouse. The only thing that the nightclub takes in to account is if you own the business and if it is active/open (doesn't need to be producing).

 

If your coke isn't filling up at the same time as cash or pharmaceutical then you have a problem. Try swapping the technicians around, if that doesn't work try closing and re-opening the mc business.

^Pretty much this. I don’t afk, just let it do its thing during my normal game time. Currently earned about 3,5 million and also usually sell 300 - 400k at a time

Well I am up to 20 million, but it would have been more as i have had a few game crashes. Plus I was a week late buying the club. but bring it on lol
