Bunker Raid Bugged?

Fully upgraded, always sell when almost full, never run out of supplies. So why am I getting raided twice in the last week? Should be a ten hour timer once the stock hits 50%, this definitely isn't the case anymore. Most recently the bunker was only just over half full.

Biker raids are also happening at much lower-than-normal stock levels. I've even been having issues with the yellow blip on the map not appearing

I've noticed a ridiculous amount of raids on my MC businesses the past month, as well as more frequent bunker raids. All businesses are fully upgraded as well, & due to playing solo frequently I sell my bunker at the halfway point usually, 350k. I think R* is making it harder to make money, lol, as if it's not hard enough.
