Apparently I've earned 11.9B on a main account from Xbox One, I previously had on PS3 a very long time ago when game came out. Also on in game it shows I've earned -900 million $GTA.

Would R ban/reset me if I were to ever post my account info if I were to ever have problems on the account?

No, there's hundreds or thousands of players with similar statistics and values there, primarily from the billionaire and DNS days of old gen. You'll be fine.
