Silent Patch causing Freezing when turning Camera left/right in House/entering house

When I enter big smokes house during the begging cut scene it freezes but continues to play the audio of the scene. Once I finish the mission and try entering big smoke's house my screen goes completely black FPS drops to 0.1, and it hangs up however if I manage to pause It will run fine until unpaused.

Update: By removing all the mods I was able to load Big Smoke's house, and when re-activating the mods after saving, The game loads fine for about 5 seconds then freezes / drops to 0.1fps. Any idea which mod is doing this and how to fix it please?

 

Update2: The cause is SilentPatchSA, however with SilentPatch removed my Game performance is unplayable. When I load my save game, the game will not freeze until I move my camera left/right then it'll freeze. I need a solution asap.
