Here are some of my own: 1. New York Fire: one where you play as a firefighter in New York City. 2. Miami Med: my dad is an optometrist and I have a part time job answering the phones for him. This one can take place in Miami and you play as either an optometrist, dentist, or other forms of doctors, nurses, or even paramedics.   Considering R* made games such as L.A.
