First person aim sensitivity

I have a slight problem, when using the marksman im better with my aim sensitivity up about a third of the bar, however I can't hit accurately with free aim mk2 rifles with my aim sensitivity that high it's better much lower. I was constantly changing it mid fight which sucks, now I just use the marksman until target is close to lock on too but that sucks too (actually works really well but I want to get better at free aim). Im not a tryhard the goal is to fend off even the best at pvp so I can make people regret bothering me and let me get back to making money. For those of you good at pvp, what are your settings you prefer? Im changing settings often trying to find the sweet spot for both but I can't get it right.

honestly i'm pretty adaptable, but if you're really finicky about your settings try modding them as you go while test firing in the ammu-nation/bunker gun range. Then when you're comfortable practice your shots on NPCs and if you're confident enough there, go back to pvp. As it stands now i use one notch lower than default sensitivity, combat rolling and cover switch to third person, and no camera shake when running

For combat i use the same approximate 30% sensitivity from 1st to 3rd person.  I have it at about 10% from vehicles.

I would suggest doing the bunker shooting range challenges. They are very informative and will help you fine tune things. In addition to the fine tuning of your aim, you'll unlock a bunch of shirts and extra explosives capacity.

I solved it easy way for pvp, using set up for AR in 3rd person mode and Sniper set in 1st person mode.

I might have to go that route, but im really wanting to fight with rifles in first person as it has advantages.

I tried the Bunker shooting range, the marksman is not one of the weapons, unfortunately fine tuning the rifles makes my marksman aim way to slow, once I adjust to the marksman my assault rifle aim is a bit too fast.

Really its all good until I come across somebody swinging left and right with a marksman or carbine then my marksman aim is to slow I adjust higher and make hits really well but then my assault rifles aim a bit to fast. Im coming to the conclusion Im best to use the my settings for the marksman and rely on assisted aim for assault rifles and just hit the headshots.

Go to free aim all the way, FP mode in auto aim lobby full of disadvantages. Plus I really can't stand any AR's scopes, but with muzzle at fairly long range sniper set up works like a charm.

Although not a perfect solution, my recommendation is to get the MKII Marksman Rifle and throw a holographic sight on it. This will make it so it does not aim like a sniper, and instead aims like any other gun. Once you quickly get used to it, you'll be able to take out both close/mid range and long range targets without ever aiming down a sniper scope.

I also recommend using the simple reticle ser yo the smallest setting if you arent already, but this is personal preference for the most part (helps me hit long range shots with every weapon type much easier).
