zedou121
My GTA has been stuck at zero for a few days now. I've left it on for hours and even when I go to bed. I've tried every trick on youtube and on any websites I could find, so I've resorted to asking for help. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it but nothing's worked. So, can somebody help? Vanzant
Is this an update? If you're using wireless you may try a ethernet cable and plug direct.

While you can and should be able to install games without any internet connections via disc most games require you to install some first day updates and stuff which require internet access to do so and GTA V is one of them as it requires you to "install GTAOnline" before it will even let you play SP. Is it just GTA V or have you had issues with other games? Delete another game and try and install and see what happens if it the same with both games it could be an issue with your PS4 and you should contact Sony Support about this issue. If it's just GTA V it could be the disc itself, How long ago did you buy it? If it's been less than 30 days take it back to the retail store tell them the disc is defective and they will let you trade it for a new copy and if the new disc still won't install. But I would contact Sony Customer Support regardless as this seems like a PS4 issue rather than a GTA V issue.
