AFAIK you can steal but not store in personal garage.

Could you sell 'em at LSC?

Probably not during a mission, I suspect.

If there's a mission timer, perhaps drive around until the timer runs out, then sell the car.

Pretty sure the game will say it's too hot to sell at LSC.

I don't think you can enter LSC during business source/sell

 

no matter what the vehicle iirc

Best bet is to have a teammate when attempting it.

As long as it's not a listed on Legendary Motorsports or as a Southern San Andreas Supersports *Exclusive*, try selling it/saving it after the mission.

One player completing the mission, the other hanging onto the vehicle in question as the mission is completed.
