[PC] Placing capture objects on actors

Hey everyone, relatively new to the Content Creator, already picked up some useful tips around here.

 

I've been working on a Capture Contend mission where players have to hunt down certain individuals and bring their stuff back. Obviously this calls for actors carrying capture objects, but I can't seem to get this to work. I place the actors (set to wander), and then try to place the Capture Objects on top of them. This, however, just spawns the capture object on the ground. Am I doing something wrong? is there a way around this?

I haven't checked, but it probably got removed due to a glitch that allowed you to infintely place capture objects.
