GTA V has stopped working after the 81.59MB update

Hi anyone! I recently downloaded GTA V from Rockstar Games website. When I finish downloaded it, I ran it and it start to download a 81.59MB update. When it finish downloading, it shows me the error message "Grand Theft Auto V Launcher has stopped working.". I tried to ran it again and it redownload that update and still crashing. Sadly, I can't play GTA V fine...

My PC specs: Intel Core i5 2430M 2.40GHz

8GB of RAM memory

GT525M 1GB video card

I tried to install on another computer running Windows 10 and it download and install just fine but getting texture pop-in issues.

Go to your documents > rockstar games and delete the Social Club folder and it'll force the launcher to redownload.

 

If that doesn't work then "repair" the game on steam validate the game files if you're using social club version go to program files > uninstall > select grand theft auto V > click change/repair 

 

a window will pop up giving two options - Uninstall / Repair click repair and if any issues it'll repair the game.
