Stores one car, gives you quicker access to your office than going in the front door.

Stores one car permanently. It's a single-space garage rather than a temporary parking spot à la Bunker. The car does seem to like spawning outside when you load in for some reason though...

You can. If you drive it out of the bay, or replace vehicle with another vehicle. 

 

Permantely, as in, you leave it there and it stays from session to session as long as you don’t take it out. It’s an additional slot.

You need an empty garage space in another garage, simply drive it into the empty space and the space in your Nightclub will become the empty space.

wow, 1 space? disappointing. it could easily fit 4-6. 

 

31 spaces in 1 dlc isn't anything to complain about though.

The other space in the service entrance has been filling up with a truck and supplies after doing promotions.
