- I asked if Avenger crates trick is still happening. Can someone check?

-The Akula locked mislles doesnt work.

- The Bahama Mamas interior remain the same.

- Added the interior of Sheriff offices only for one Business Battle, and more interiors.

You can now set the Vehicle Warehouse as your spawn point.

 

@joel15cat, I've seen someone mention that the Avenger trick no longer works. The crates simply get left behind outside.

Not exactly. It just flat outs refuses to let you get in the back

Akula locks onto *nothing*? I thought it was just because the guy was carrying battle crates.

That is a deeply annoying change.  First of all it punishes smart lone wolves for not much purpose.  Without this trick I'll just go back to either only doing crates in empty sessions, or not doing them at all.  Second, it's a stupid thing to patch because not many people knew about it - the majority of solo players I saw doing crates in my sessions weren't using it, as evidenced by them leaving crates behind as they ran to their warehouse.  And finally, even the WAY they patched it is stupid.  So now full orgs can't use the Avenger if they're carrying crates around?  Why not just make it that using the weapon bench doesn't make you drop the crate, or that you can't use the bench when you're carrying a crate?  Man, Rockstar logic bugs me sometimes.

-Vehicle warehouses can now be set as spawn points;

 

-If you turn off your radio during premium races, a action music will play instead, it's the same kind of music that plays in contact missions;

 

-You can hide Madrazo's dispatch missions from the minimap;

 

-Special crate drops and armored vans were removed from the freemode events you can hide in the interaction menu(they were never active to begin with);

 

-Thanks to the addition of new liveries for old cars, the Karin Futo doesn't spawn with its original yellow lettering on the side skirts anymore, this applies to Futos spawned in traffic and any Futo that you own;

 

-Avenger exploit to drop CEO crates inside the cargo hold is patched, now you cannot enter the cargo hold while holding a CEO crate at all.

Seems like some new GPS routes were added around some side/dirt roads and alleys.

 

Still not one properly leading to my Grapeseed Bunker...

Wait, that was a thing! We could grab a crate bring it into Avenger, drop it then walk out and grab another!?

 

sh*t, I wish I knew about this before.

Have they fixed first person interaction issue in helicopters or reserve parachutes yet?

 

- Speedo Custom has pure white wheels, don't change color if you want to keep pure whites

How? I just remove it from the map and i don't get these annoying invites over and over again?

 

Edit: Someone tested a glitch on me today, i sat in my Khanjali Tank a friend of me was in passive mode and just walked into my tank, then he came out of passive and instantly killed me somehow. Don't know if that is old news or not, but it still works.

 

Edit2: And the "get stuck in snack buy menu" bug still exists.

Option 1: Rockstar decided the Akula was OP and so nerfed its missiles to be non-homing. Implicitly this means they're happy the Deluxo is not OP.

Option 2: Rockstar realised they forgot to put unguided missiles on the Akula and royally f*cked up fixing this

 

Either way I am not a happy gridl0k. The chopper's still my favourite vehicle, for doing shady sh*t in the shade, but why rockstar, why.

 

(my favourite way to fill an awkward pause in free roam, running Akula guardian angel for randos and their supplies/sales, and killing all deluxos on sight, is now basically dead)

 

Oh and for 2 blissful hours I had a lovely clean minimap, but then I changed stunt races to show and back to hide by accident, and now they're f*cking back permanently, ffs.

The akula not locking is a bug, but only if you have the dual 50 secondary gun.

Wait - so the homing missiles still work if you don't have the dual 50? What a weird bug... Wish I'd heard this before I paid 300k to switch to barrage!

its a bug either way, but fix(and stays fixed) if u have single MG.

 

If u have dual, switch it out to single, get a friend to pop into copilot seat and enable guncam, then toggle stealth on and off. should be fixed now.

I fixed mine by: 

 

Set spawn to hangar

Got in akula

left hangar

in and out of stealth

(EDIT and I landed, got out and got back in)

re-entered hangar in akula

workshop

changed to single primary gun

left hangar in current aircraft

 

Fixed. Probably nearly all of those steps are unnecessary but that's what fixed mine.

 

eta changed session and still fixed

I THINK the buzzard can't maintain altitude as easily anymore, I get the feeling I need to release the accelerator a bit more to pass over buildings / trees / mountains. I might be just tripping tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Biggest bug/change: You can't know if the players are up or down when you fly in aircrafts.

i've heard that in pacific finale you can no longer blow up bikes and suicide to push your team to next cp. anyone done that after patch? kinda lazy to test out^^

I too was very disappointed to see this.  It honestly didn't increase productivity that much (it only made sense non vehicle 3 crate drops where there was a significant distance to your warehouse), but it breathed life into crates for me just a bit with this variety.  It just shows how petty RS can be when it comes to protecting their ridiculous business model, and why I don't think twice about duping cars.  I was thinking of buying a stinky fish card as a thank you for the new content, but changed my mind after seeing this.

I noticed the game automatically set my respawn location to my Nightclub after I purchased one. I always kept it set at 'Last Location', but logged in last night and was surprised to find I was hanging out with Solomun instead of crashing carts in my Bunker.

 

Also mad that I can't set my auto-respawn location to my Bunker or Facility.
