As far as we know, sure. But the probability of going to 700 on two events (wake up outside + wake up at epsilon) that each have approx 0.1 probability, based on these threads, is tiny. So I wonder if there's a blocker some of you are dealing with.

I still haven't woken up on Chiliad. I'd say 90% of the time I wake up in either office bed or toilet.

Making waking up outside a 0.1 probability, yeah. And there's about 10 outside cutscenes, for your second 0.1.

 

It's been a while since I knew how but you can do math and sh*t and work out the probability of going to 700 on those 2 combined, and it will be a very small number.

 

I guess I'm saying I jumped public lobbies every time I woke up outside, and got it in 25, so I'd be interested in anyone who pushed it past 200 or so doing the same.

Guess I will start switching session then every time I spawn outside except for the Alley outside the nightclub.

Reaching 100 drunks now, About 40 has been Toilet spawns, ~20 in the Alley, ~10 in the Bed and ~10 Garage, The other ~20 has been somewhere outside in special location like the hobo place, Hospital, Cargoboat, etc..

This is what I've been doing, spawn set as nightclub. Only as it's often quicker to find a new lobby than travel back to the club from somewhere like Chiliad.

Turns out there's a Baby Blue SN Hoodie. 

He probably used that to glitch the logo on.

I find if I walk as far as possible away from the bar I have more chance to spawn outside instead of in the toilet if I didn't move.

So after almost 200 tries (I’m guessing, didnt count) I have finally been blessed.

 

Kifflom everyone. For those who still haven’t had any luck, don’t give up.

 

Also as I put on my Horse mask to make a selfie I’ve managed to glitch the Solomun logo into the Kifflom shirt, so now I also have a “Kifflom blue Solomun shirt”. Nice!

 

 

 

 

 

 

I guess you can do that with any shirt, the logo of the previous shirt seems to glitch into the Kifflom shirt so you can save the outfit and keep that one as well. As some folks have pointed out already.

Finally got it somewhere between 250-275 attempts...

What's strange it I got it right after doing club management where you pick up Jimmy Boston I think and he mentions Krantz and Kifflom in the limo.. as soon as we got to the club I went to the bar and ordered a drink, woke up at the Epsilon building.

Probably a coincidence but still cool to get it right after..
