This happened to me too. Public session, friends club, I’m in CEO mode, bought a Macbeth, woke up with Kifflom. Need to do this exactly the same for my second character....who’s on attempt 78

I've been trying in other clubs but no dice

I wake up in the hobo club, there's a club literally within walking distance so I run on in, buy another drink.... and bathroom loop until I spawn right back in the hobo camp lol

 

I wanna punch whoever made this 1/30 chance in the balls SO f*cking badly..........

It's got nothing to do with what type of club or session you're in, because it's purely random. I have never woken up on top of Mt. Chiliad, for example due to the way the dice roll. Think about all the possibilities of where you can wake up - toilets, cargo bay, in your bed, trash containers, child's playground, Vinewood sign, on top of the construction site, at the docks, under the pier, in the maze, at the hospital, Mt. Chiliad, Epsilon Society, etc, etc... so the odds are pretty high against getting any specific location.

I know, I’m just saying I’m going to try out the exact method of my first character for pure experimentation. Because? Why not lol. Can’t hurt to try, especially if it works twice.

I think the funniest thing about this shirt is how glitchy it is.  I keep getting all kinds of logos over Kifflom Blue, totally by accident.  I saved one as an outfit so I can switch back to it anytime I want.

And I think there's a big difference between the random generator for in-club spawns and for exterior spawns. I wake up in the toilets about 50% of the time, so there's got to be an 'odds' system in play, with Chiliad and Kifflom having very long odds.

I’ve been to Chilliad three times with the second character and three times on Vinewood sign. 

 

My main character? Took only the fourth try at the buddies club . Wonder if spending cash instead of being free jiggles the odds lol (In before the greedy C* comments).

Sorry not to go off topic, but your post reminded me of the horse racing mini-game from GTA San Andeas, and all the funny names R* had for the horses....Billy Sastard, Up The Dumper, etc lol.

I joined a random Heist lobby to teleport back to the city. lol
