Dat_impactz Posted July 26, 2018 Share Posted July 26, 2018 (edited) Hi, I'm trying to play gta v story mode offline in steam's "offline" mode (to avoid the online update) but every time I do rockstar social club tells me I have to be online so that my game can be verified and such. Is there any way around this? Quakex64 Posted August 3, 2018 Share Posted August 3, 2018 actually, putting a text file with -scOfflineOnly and saved as commandline.txt, (just open notepad, paste the text and save as commandline) in the gtav exe root will not allow you the option to go into online mode and have it start as story mode only.... if done right you will see that you signed into social club buts it says (offlinemode) or something Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
