Nightclub sell missions: Do we need the Mule and Pounder?

So I intentionally only own the Speedo Custom because I wanted to see if that vehicle, being that it’s the smallest of the three delivery trucks (Mule, Pounder), will deliver any size shipment.  I just sold 44 units in a special sell mission from the nightclub and sure enough, I only had to make one run with the Speedo Custom for such a large delivery.  

 

So my question is simply this:  do we really need the Mule and Pounder?  The Speedo Custom is fast and no doubt drives better than the other two.

However to answer: it depends on your sale quantity. If you are selling too many items you're not allowed to use a speedo you'll need a mule or pounder.

 

I dont think anyone narrowed down the thresholds for when you need either but youll need the pounder for the large sales.

kinda sad too, the mule custom 'weapon' choice is a stupid grenade launcher, which plops out slow projectiles that 'arc' and can easily bounce and hit you.. and blow you up(mule can't take even a single explosion)

 

At least the speedo's .50 cal / minigun are both good vs vehicles / personal, if nothing else. (I've not even bothered to look at the pounders options)

 

One major gripe with the speedo's armor though, that god-damned stupid 'cowcatcher' does fkall vs cars (Would expect ti to toss them to the side a little or something, but it does jack sh*t to them) but what it DOES do is easily 'snag' on crap and balance the stupid van so that all 4 wheels dangle in mid air (getting you trapped, needing someone to push you to free you)

 

I've had to call my insurgent all 4 times I've run deliveries to free myself. 100% of the time and twice in one run I got 'trapped' by that stupid thing.

Psst I bought the mule and the pounder too upgraded them for practically nothing lmao I am not waiting 3 days to sell a nightclub warehouse That whole 66 hours can easily drain you from a million or two depending how much you play how many businesses you have open etc. I pay almost 10k for bunker staff then 23k for MC staff plus night club staff then ceo assistant mechanic etc. Then there's the resupplying the businesses and the bunker for 75k each because im not gonna paid these assholes 23k for doing nothing. Doing this for three days is insanity plus you only make about 1.5 mil out the club full sale depending on which businesses the technicians are set to.

 

Not worth it really.

Well I think its worth it actually if you run the activated bussinesses at the same time. Depending on how long you wait, you get a pretty decent amount for 10 min of work.

I mean when I do piracy prevention I do 10 min of work and 1 hour of waiting for 30k. 

With the right bussinesses you get around 40k for 10 min of work and 1 hour of waiting from your Nightclub. And if you stocked the bussinesses you are using they continue to produce at their regular speed.

Its more or less a low workload bonus for people who own an use the old bussinesses.

 

But I would agree that it could be a bit faster.

I got the Mule and Pounder both worthless imho. I'm not waiting for a full sale. I like the mini gun on the Speedo

I like smaller loads and often do deliveries is solo public.

The cowcatcher on the Speedo? Absolutely better with it off.
It is ugly too. So i will probably eat the cost and downgrade the armor.

So what happens exactly if you surpass the 90 crates and don't own the other 2 vehicles?

Pounder is quicker than Mule. Speedo is quicker than Pounder.

Thanks everyone! You've saved me some cash-a-roonies!

 

Here's a thought though. We should have the option to say replace the Mule with the Post Op van.  Hear me out on this.

 

With the Post Op van now being in our own delivery garage, we can then customise it with additional armour (doesn't change the look) and an engine and speed boost. 

 

Then if we did choose to continue supplying our own biker businesses on the side and we end up with this delivery method, we can use our own Post Op van with the performance upgrade which would make this sale far less infuriating.

 

Same goes for other delivery vehicles. We should have the option to store and upgrade them as at the moment, the Mule and Pounder are pointless unless you do larger sales.

 

Either that or allow us to choose the Mule or Pounder as an option when making deliveries via the biker businesses. When you hit sell product, another screen should pop up saying, for example if it's a Post Op one:

 

"You have the option to use your personal Mule for this delivery. Please select delivery method: 

 

Post Op ◻

Mule ◻ "

 

Would make them worthwhile to own them then.

The mule custom is totally useless

It's heavier than the Pounder Custom and slow as hell, the defense weapon is a grenade launcher that won't protect you from anything, 4 shots to destroy it same as Speedo

The Pounder Custom would take its place in medium size deliveries if you don't own the Mule Custom.

Some might say it's cheaper than the Pounder but you get the Speedo Custom for free and that's quicker and better than this crap

I don't think you can get rid of it, so it's more like a curse
