Sooo... Where do the entrance money goes?

On the Interaction Menu there is an option that says Nightclub Management, when you select it you can set an Entry Cost, where do that money goes? Do Tony takes it or what? XD Cheers

Don't see the point of it at all. Got mine set FREE and also everyone can access my vip area and office at club. Not like anything can be ruined by players inside club.

elitism. petty people get off feeling superior to others. i would imagine tryhards will have it set more restricted.

You don't receive the entry free, no one does. It's just a little feature that lets other players have to pay a fee to get in.

 

Pretty wasted opportunity if you ask me. I'd love it if you actually got the money, but no.

yea it is very dumb. whats the point of charging people? if you cant get the money. when i first saw it i though it was for npcs. and that the higher the price the less popular it gets. but you make more money. i mean i know the entry fees are not much anyways. but still its money that we should get. i mean we already shelled out a bunch of money for the club. why would rockstar care if we got 100 bucks? thats a penny in gta money.

The reason Rockstar doesn't give the nightclub owner the cash, just like with the drink costs, is because that'd be an easy way to just offload money from one account to another. Make it harder on them to pinpoint if cash is modded or not. One less headache, one less thing to patch in later. $10,000 every day for doing next to nothing is still a pretty penny, especially if you're more of a solo player, so the few dollars missed from the entry fee isn't much. Champagne is what really burns...

I think the entry fee only applies to real players. The Dress code is pretty fun though but it seems backwards to me. I don't know why all the techno kids are dressed in black and the EDM kids are dressed like techno kids, but I haven't been clubbing in 20 years so maybe everything got reversed?

Tho I did only set it to $100 to P!ss my friend off. 

 

Would've been nice to see it go towards the owner of the club instead of into a blackhole never to be seen again.

When i invite strangers in lobby and set my entrance price on 100$,

will they automaticly pay this, when they go into my club?

or have they a chance to deny it - and i get not the achievement...

You have to pay the fee at the entrance cashier. If you don't pay, you'll be forced to walk back once you touch the stairs.

Not this one. My club is free and you can go wherever you want to go. All I ask is to  please try not to puke on my office floor.

Right? I have mines set to no dress code. A proper EDM dress code would have worked perfect for my club but it seems like a gamer geekazoid who has never been to an EDM fest in his life created this. EDM is so much more than a bright color track suit jacket ffs.

Apparently if you get behind the bar on the top floor, you as the owner can serve drinks free to your friends. So I'm told, I haven't had a chance to test this yet.

Door and bar money is handled by Tony, it pay's for the celebrity Dj playing his music hence why no "you have paid your dj 10k" msg never pops up. It also pay's for flyers, posters, blimp rental, booze trucks we go pickup, complimentary champagne trucks, the cases of anal lube that was discovered in the restroom etc...

Atleast that's where it go in my imagination.
