suicidehummer
So, first of all I had no idea there was an update until I launch and suddenly Steam is updating, so I paused the update and put it in offline mode so I could continue playing with mods. But when I start V, I get the message "Unable to access Rockstar servers. Activation of GTAV requires an internet connection." All the supposed solutions I could find didn't work. You're only option right now is to remove ScripthookV and wait until a new version is released but after that happens you can try what this fella did in an attempt to block future DLC updates. That's... not my problem at all. I did not allow it to download the DLC. My problem is that I can't play offline.
ṼirulenⱦEqừinox
Did you pause it in the middle of the update? If so that could be the problem as the game started adding new files to the game and all the sudden it was stopped so the game might be broken because it needs the rest of the files in order to work properly again. My only other suggestion is to let the game finish downloading the updates and see where it goes from there. Did you try doing the ~SCOffline code? Also the thread I linked was to help you in the future so you won't be caught off guard and have to manually stop the updates it will prevent them from being downloaded itself
