Taking over territories (in games like SA). Every GTA game (with the exception of IV) is literally about making as much money as possible and working your way up with gangs to pretty much run the city. Regardless if you are on your own, or with a gang like the g street gangs. At least, I have always seen it like that. Your interpretation might be different, but thats always been mine. Getting the most amount of money isn't the same as taking over the city. Even though Toni still worked for Sal, he got a nice lot of money after the game's final mission. >regardless if you are on your own, or in a gang like the g street gangs Toni was in the Leone Family and they hold a lot of power, more at the end of the game than when they started the game. Why is CJ's example allowed but Toni's isn't?

Why is CJ's example allowed but Toni's isn't? Never said Tony's didn't apply to the above. My main argument from the beginning was that there is zero character development in this game. You don't bond with tony the same way you bond with CJ or Niko. Didn't enjoy LCS and VCS. Characters seemed kind of blank. I honestly felt like some gofer girl in LCS just doing a bunch of missions for the Leone's that weren't even that fun. The mission where you jump the Callahan bridge on Portland Island was the funnest mission for me. Compare those games to a game like GTA IV, and you will notice that VCS and LCS are lacking in that "bonding" department. Then again, we all have our own opinions. You have yours, I have mine. universetwisters
I mean in all fairness I don't mind the lack of character development when it just made CJ and Niko whine a lot. Sure, Toni whined too, but he was doing it for a paycheck.
RDR2Fan101
For me I didn’t really like the protagonist that much. But I liked Liberty Jam Fm though Jeansowaty

iiCriminnaaL
Like any game, there's a couple of things that I like about it, but the most outstanding thing is the atmosphere. GTA III's atmosphere might've been darker and had more hellhole kind of vibe, but I enjoyed LCS' toned down atmosphere far more. It didn't feel too bright for me, but rather just right IMO. Max.pain
the missions look like a bit gta 4’s missions with its crime feeling in liberty city Edited September 2, 2019 by Max.pain iiCriminnaaL
Leone_Son
The atmosphere when I'm driving around Fort Staunton and listening to Verdi's "Va, pensiero". Katana can decapitate any ped or enemy by one swing. Toni can run even when he is wielding a two-handed or heavy weapon except Minigun. Deadeyes
Some of the cars, some of the weapons and the story line but what I really like, is how the shooting accuracy stats are broken down in the stats menu. In L.C.S. you can see your bullets fired, bullets that hit and your actual shooting accuracy percentage. Sunglasses
Took me years to settle on my actual opinion of this game. I still think it's the weakest 3D era game, barring Advance because I don't feel that it's too fair to compare it to the better 3D games of its era, but it has some redeeming qualities. I liked the humor, and the brighter Liberty City, despite not really being my cup of tea, is a nice change. Radio stations are pretty good, and the game actually introduced some needed improvements that were bothersome in the previous games, such as not being able to sprint with a two handed weapon. Think that's about it, though. iiCriminnaaL
Lord Bizkit
Gta LCS on PS2 for some werid reason blew me away with seeing liberty City again but in a higher quality on a big screen. -The missions were simple but fun -The outfits were pretty dope -100% was fun to do -Really enjoyed the mafioso gangs in comparison to the cartel who played a far less role in this one - Radio stations kicked ass, Head Radio was more tolerable since it played more rock than pop. iiCriminnaaL and Max.pain
