Crossbones
-Protagonist: Toni is a good protagonist IMO but highly underrated. -Side characters: Salvatore, JD, Toshiko, Donald, etc. were great. -Side missions: Avenging Angels, Karmageddon and some other side missions were fun to do. -Storyline missions. Reizov
For me, I liked the characters, the theme music is awesome, the protagonist of course, the music including Rise FM and MSX 98 those were the best stations for me, the graphics, the late 90's atmosphere, side missions and of course the storyline. Wolff
Story was very interesting, I liked the dark humour a lot (such as your mother sending hitmen after you, and the characters' quirky dialogue in general), side missions seems to be more interesting and varied (didn't bother giving them a serious try when I played through the story though), great music that complete the 90s atmosphere and the theme is cool. KGBeast
I think the storyline is the most underrated in the entire series. It's kind of a sleeper, they don't really go out of their way to explain a lot of it so I think people miss out on it. The general atmosphere is pretty unique too. The look of Liberty City running in Vice City's engine, the lighting and other environmental effects, the soundtrack (which is one of my favorites. I know some people disagree with that but I enjoy the low key, heavily indie and original soundtracks in III and LCS.). It's one of the best 'feeling' GTAs. Hard to explain. Antonio"Toni"Hernandez
The thing I like most is the city itself, it is more neatly organized compared to its GTA III counterpart, and the environment, vehicles and gangs in the second place. I agree that it's a great game, but the story was sh*t. An Mafia bitch progresses to being a slightly richer Mafia bitch by whinging and getting angreee and chopping people up and generally being everyone's bitch. InformalEnforcer
I liked that I could return to the classic Liberty City Once again and see the sights but as they were prior to GTA 3, I liked the Radio Stations, Rise FM, The Liberty Jam, Head Radio, Flashback FM, even the Indian Radio was pretty good. The addition of Bikes was also really cool. Toni was an okay protagonist even though he never really made it too the top like other GTA Characters. And the missions in game were awesome such as "Bringing Down the House", "The Shoreside Redemption" and "Portland Chainsaw Massacre" to name a few. markusizr, Nik0 Bellic and Reyiz Kovan

Teal
LCS is what brought me back to GTA after not playing GTA 1 and 2 for a while. I got the game in 2008 with a new PSP. I played the crap out of that game until the disc decided to not work anymore. Got a new copy and played it some more. I haven't played LCS in years and at the time, I acquired two more copies to play with my brother's, but those copies are either thrown out or buried in boxes. I just liked the city as a whole and, the way I saw it, the amount of freedom and roleplay you can do after you have beaten the game. Oh, and the "Cox" outfit. "GIANT CHICKEN KILLS CHICKEN EATERS!!!" Samz707
Side missions: I loved how we had the bike shooting mini-games and I somewhat like the idea of splitting Pizza boy in two... if we did half the normal levels for both versions, the big variety and the fact they're pretty rewarding with unique unlocks is a great incentive to play them, plus new ones like Avenging Angel Melee Weapons: While not much different. not many games let you kill someone with a chisel. Had more unique vehicles than VCS. Portland has more content so I actually didn't mind how long it takes to get to the second island while I get sick of it a bit in GTA 3. Rampages unlock the M60, it's nice to have a reward for doing them all. More subdued humor than SA: Naming two locations "Pier 69" and "Area 69" isn't actually funny. Every GTA game (with the exception of IV) is literally about making as much money as possible and working your way up with gangs to pretty much run the city. Regardless if you are on your own, or with a gang like the g street gangs. At least, I have always seen it like that. Your interpretation might be different, but thats always been mine.
